VishnuCredit Services Private Limited (VishnuCredit,” “the Company,” “we,” or “us”) is incorporated under Indian law. The term “Platform” refers to our website and mobile application. By using the Platform, you (“User”) agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use the Platform.

2. General Information

VishnuCredit acts solely as a facilitator between users and financial partners such as banks and NBFCs. We do not provide any financial products directly. Final decisions are made by the User and the financial partner.

3. Services Provided

Connecting users with lenders for loans, credit cards, and insurance
Facilitating access to credit reports through authorized vendors
Providing spend analysis using bank SMS data (with consent)
Offering social score analysis where permissible
Other related services as described on the Platform

4. User Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering contracts in India. We reserve the right to terminate accounts for misuse or violations.

5. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

6. User Accounts

Users must provide accurate information and keep account credentials secure. Unauthorized use must be reported immediately.

7. Privacy

These terms are governed by Indian law. Jurisdiction lies with Delhi courts.
